Cancellation Policy

Since technically cancellation as an option isn’t feasible/available on any website, we would request you to contact our customer or mail us at Zalon within 10 days from the date of order.

If you have cancelled the order before the delivery, you can choose for full refund or exchange the same from our credits.

In case of delivered order you can contact our customer service or mail our grievance officer at our email.

  • If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Zalon Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
  • If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Zalon Credits or Bank Transfer. Zalon Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
  • If Zalon Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as Zalon Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
All refund to take place within 7 to 10 business days.
